Just a quick update ...
We had another successfull Christmas. We woke up around 7:00 to open presents and eat breakfast then we headed off to Grandpa and Grandma's house to spend the day with my family. We had a very yummy dinner and played games and spent the day relaxing and enjoying one another. It was fun to have everyone together! When we arrived home that evening the kids said they had the best Christmas and received everything they wanted. It is so nice sometimes to have a budget! The kids (and mom) didn't feel overwhelmed with too many presents! Ty said I went a little crazy because I took down the Christmas tree Christmas evening. My neighbor told me the next day at church that she had to laugh when she drove by and saw my tree already outside. As I had Ty throw it out the door Crey said, "It's kind-of sad; that was a beautiful tree." Sorry little buddy! We just don't have the room in our little house for a big tree, even if it was beautiful!
New Year's Eve was enjoyable spent with Brandon and Jessie and some friends. We played games and, again, ate food! (Eating is what I do best :0)) Crey didn't quite make it to midnight but Tylie stayed up and later commented that it was a little stupid.**chuckle**
We really enjoyed the Christmas break from school. I was so sad to see my kids start back to school Monday. This week seems to be dragging on without my sweet kids at home with me! I miss them during the day and can't wait to see them walk in the door when they get home!
Ty hasn't been working much the last month and a half. It has been really stressful because of the money. It is hard with a one person income! Paying doctor bills for this pregnancy has taken its toll on us! We continue to pray that he will be able to keep a job this winter!
I am doing well. I have just over 7 weeks until my due date. It seems like this pregnancy has flown by but it also feels like I have been pregnant forever. I am incredibly huge again. The baby is growing and so is mommy! I had another doc. appointment yesterday and all looks well! Crey is so good to me and is constantly making sure I'm not over doing it. He talks to, hugs and kisses my belly everyday. He thinks this little brother is never coming out! 51 more days!!!
My little critters and both doing very well in school! It is fun to see Tylie learn her multiplication facts and division. Crey is reading very well and loves to pick out new books to try to conquer. It is fun when they finally grasp something and it makes sense to them :)
We will keep everyone updated on our little family and I will try to post pictures soon. For some reason blogger has been giving me grief and won't download my pictures for me :/

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!! The snow finally stopped falling after 24 hours of straight snow. We have a lot of snow on the ground and I am glad
we went to get our Christmas tree Friday. The weather was beautiful on top of Bumblebee mountain and the kids played in the snow for a couple of hours before we came home. I put the lights on the tree and then Tylie wanted to put all the ornaments on the tree by herself while I made dinner. I asked Ty to cut up an acorn squash for me while I was busy doing something else. We had purchased some new knives earlier that day so I told him not to cut himself because I didn't want to take him in for stitches that night. It hadn't been two minutes when I looked up just in time to see the knife slip and cut Ty's finger. He ended up getting six stitches. Poor guy!

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love to eat and be with family. We were lucky enough to celebrate with both families this year! We had a fun "family weekend" with Ty's family the weekend before Thanksgving. We all gathered at Dale's house on Saturday to play games, watch movies and visit. The boys also had a paint ball game. The next day we all made yummy food and ate until we were sick. On Thanksgiving day we went to my parents house and again ate lots of yummy food. I was excited that Bryce was able to bring his kids this year! It was nice to have everyone able to make it to both family gatherings. I love being with family!

I had a follow-up ultrasound today and was excited to see my little guy again. I was surprised to see how much he has chunked up since my last ultrasound. I haven't heard officially about my placenta previa but I think my placenta has moved far enough up that I won't require a c-section delivery. I have just under three months left until my due date and am both nervous and excited to have this baby. After waiting six years to get pregnant again it will be a big adjustment to have a baby in our home but we are all very excited!! Tylie is finally convinced the baby is a boy and is again anxious to meet him. She went through a little stage where she wanted a sister so badly that she wasn't looking forward to this baby but now she can't wait. Of coarse Crey is extremely excited to be having a little brother. He said he can't wait to teach him how to shoot a gun and bow and drive trucks, backhoes, excavators, etc. around the floor. It will be so much fun to see how my kids interact with a baby living with us.

I can't believe how time flies when you are busy!! The last few months of my pregnancy have gone so quickly. It has been so much fun sharing this experience with my kids. Crey hugs my belly and talks to the baby everyday. I was afraid he wasn't going to be happy about my pregnancy because he had told Ty and I that he didn't want another baby but he is really excited for the baby to join our family. I love to watch my belly move and feel the life inside of me. What a miracle having a baby is!!
Tyler is still working for Cindy Taylor Trucking and is currently the Superintendent on a job in Central, UT. He is working 10 hour days and his commute is 1 1/2 hours each way so he definitely has long days! We are praying that he will have work through the winter!
Tylie is in the 4th grade. She is getting really tall. I am hoping she will pass me up in the next couple of years! She wears the same size of shoe as me so I think that may be an indicator that she will be taller than me. She played soccer for AYSO this fall and loved it! Her team went undefeated and only had 1 team score 1 point against them the whole season. We really enjoyed watching her play! She is still on the performance team with ConfiDance. They have their first performance of the year on Nov. 20th.
Crey is in the 1st grade and really loves his teacher! She has been so good for him and she is very positive and encouraging. His reading is really improving and he loves trying to read everything! He still has a very soft and shy personality and loves his mommy so much! He is always asking what he can do to help me and stops what he is doing often to come tell me he "loves me through eternity."
Dale & Suz returned from the mission in South Dakota on Tuesday. We were all very excited to go see them after 18 months! We received many blessing while they were serving and I am grateful for their example to us.
This is a fast update of our family life. I will try to do updates often!

Spike Elk Hunt '10
Ty and I had spike elk tags so we loaded up the camp trailer and headed to Indian Peaks. We had a great time camping and hunting. It was so much fun to hear the elk bugle all around us. Ty and I were able to sneak up on several big bulls but didn't end up getting a spike.

The kids were getting bored one day so I made them a jump for their bikes. It was a big hit and they spent all weekend playing on it.
