It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!! The snow finally stopped falling after 24 hours of straight snow. We have a lot of snow on the ground and I am glad
we went to get our Christmas tree Friday. The weather was beautiful on top of Bumblebee mountain and the kids played in the snow for a couple of hours before we came home. I put the lights on the tree and then Tylie wanted to put all the ornaments on the tree by herself while I made dinner. I asked Ty to cut up an acorn squash for me while I was busy doing something else. We had purchased some new knives earlier that day so I told him not to cut himself because I didn't want to take him in for stitches that night. It hadn't been two minutes when I looked up just in time to see the knife slip and cut Ty's finger. He ended up getting six stitches. Poor guy!

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love to eat and be with family. We were lucky enough to celebrate with both families this year! We had a fun "family weekend" with Ty's family the weekend before Thanksgving. We all gathered at Dale's house on Saturday to play games, watch movies and visit. The boys also had a paint ball game. The next day we all made yummy food and ate until we were sick. On Thanksgiving day we went to my parents house and again ate lots of yummy food. I was excited that Bryce was able to bring his kids this year! It was nice to have everyone able to make it to both family gatherings. I love being with family!

I had a follow-up ultrasound today and was excited to see my little guy again. I was surprised to see how much he has chunked up since my last ultrasound. I haven't heard officially about my placenta previa but I think my placenta has moved far enough up that I won't require a c-section delivery. I have just under three months left until my due date and am both nervous and excited to have this baby. After waiting six years to get pregnant again it will be a big adjustment to have a baby in our home but we are all very excited!! Tylie is finally convinced the baby is a boy and is again anxious to meet him. She went through a little stage where she wanted a sister so badly that she wasn't looking forward to this baby but now she can't wait. Of coarse Crey is extremely excited to be having a little brother. He said he can't wait to teach him how to shoot a gun and bow and drive trucks, backhoes, excavators, etc. around the floor. It will be so much fun to see how my kids interact with a baby living with us.

I can't believe how time flies when you are busy!! The last few months of my pregnancy have gone so quickly. It has been so much fun sharing this experience with my kids. Crey hugs my belly and talks to the baby everyday. I was afraid he wasn't going to be happy about my pregnancy because he had told Ty and I that he didn't want another baby but he is really excited for the baby to join our family. I love to watch my belly move and feel the life inside of me. What a miracle having a baby is!!
Tyler is still working for Cindy Taylor Trucking and is currently the Superintendent on a job in Central, UT. He is working 10 hour days and his commute is 1 1/2 hours each way so he definitely has long days! We are praying that he will have work through the winter!
Tylie is in the 4th grade. She is getting really tall. I am hoping she will pass me up in the next couple of years! She wears the same size of shoe as me so I think that may be an indicator that she will be taller than me. She played soccer for AYSO this fall and loved it! Her team went undefeated and only had 1 team score 1 point against them the whole season. We really enjoyed watching her play! She is still on the performance team with ConfiDance. They have their first performance of the year on Nov. 20th.
Crey is in the 1st grade and really loves his teacher! She has been so good for him and she is very positive and encouraging. His reading is really improving and he loves trying to read everything! He still has a very soft and shy personality and loves his mommy so much! He is always asking what he can do to help me and stops what he is doing often to come tell me he "loves me through eternity."
Dale & Suz returned from the mission in South Dakota on Tuesday. We were all very excited to go see them after 18 months! We received many blessing while they were serving and I am grateful for their example to us.
This is a fast update of our family life. I will try to do updates often!
