We went behind Toquerville to have an Easter picnic and Easter egg hunt with my family on Easter Sunday. The weather was beautiful so we were able to get plenty of sun. The kids found lots of eggs full of candy and our lunch was really yummy! We all love to get together outside in the warm sun! The day ended bad when Tylie fell through the 4-wheeler ramps and cut her leg open clear to the bone. We had to take her to Insta-Care in Dixie to get her all stitched up. She was so brave; the doctor told her she was a tough country girl. I wanted to scream and cry watching what they were doing to her leg but I was able to be tough too! We walked out of there with 18 stitches! I couldn't believe it took so many. We are watching it now for infection and hoping the skin won't go dead! They had to cut out a lot of skin and tissue. The Doc tried to save as much skin as possible but told us some of it may die and turn black. I looked at it this morning and it is a little more black than yesterday so I'm getting a little worried. She has to go have a doctor look at it tomorrow or Wednesday and I'm hoping for good news!

Mission Call
Dale and Suz (my parents-in-law) received their mission call a couple of days ago. They will be serving in the Rapid City, South Dakota mission and will be leaving on May 4th. We are excited for them and will miss them tons while they are gone. They will serve for 18 months. I am so glad we set our date to go through the temple for April 25th so they will be able to go with us! It wouldn't have been the same without them! What an exciting time for our family:)

Temple Date
We have set a date to be sealed in the temple. Our family is looking forward to the wonderful experience of going into the temple together and being sealed for eternity. We have picked Saturday, April 25. We want to thank all those who have supported us as we have prepared for this day! It is amazing how many people have asked to go with us to share this with us. We love all of you!

Wednesday, March 25, 2009
Tyler was ordained an Elder Sunday. Dale (Ty's dad) was able to ordain him and it was a really neat experience. This was the last big step we needed to go through the temple. We are so excited to be sealed together as a family! I called the temple yesterday to set a date. Someone is suppose to call me back today to see if April 25 or May 2 is avaiable. I have a lot I still have to do and it is all starting to feel real now. I will update when I find out the date to let you all know!

Looks Like a Keeper to Me!
We took the kids to the Skyline pond in Dixie. It started out a beautiful day and the kids caught a lot of fish. They were all pretty small, but the kids didn't care! Mike and his family, and Jessie and McQuade came to spend the day with us. We are always happy to have family around! There were lots of ducks and four turtles swimming around. Tylie and Crey kept trying to catch the turtles, but they were too smart!
